Returns and Refunds
At Golf Nation/MD Golf, we want you to be able to shop with confidence. Should you be dissatisfied with a purchase from our website, you may return unused products in their original packaging and with any labels within 30 days of receipt for a full refund.
The cost of returning your purchase where we have sent the wrong item in error, or the item has arrived faulty / damaged will be refunded. Please return your faulty or unwanted products to us via one of the methods below. We can only accept returns delivered to or returned to our store.
You may return unused products in their original packaging and with the labels still attached within 30 days of receipt for a full refund. Unfortunately, we are unable to accept the following goods for returns or refunds, unless they are deemed to be faulty.
- Packs of socks that have been split.
- Packs of gloves that have been split.
- Clothing where the hang tag has been removed.
- Any items of clothing that has been worn.
- Any goods or devices where the seal has been broken, or the wrapping has been removed
- Any device where the warranty has been registered, or additional software has been downloaded
- Second hand, ex-display or ex-demo goods unless they were delivered faulty.
Please Note: We cannot accept returns for SECOND HAND or CUSTOM FIT items unless they were delivered faulty.
RETURNS FROM OUTSIDE THE UK AND IRELAND
In order to maintain the highest level of service we use DHL to all locations outside Ireland and as such in order to keep our pricing competitive we subsidize all freight costs to these locations we therefore we regrettably cannot offer free returns outside the UK. We will however subsidise your return to the rates shown on our delivery section. On receipt of the goods we will organise a refund LESS the value of the freight from your location back to us in the UK. Should you wish to use your own carrier to return the goods the full amount of your purchase price will be refunded. Please carefully consult limitations on returns as listed above.

What Happens Next?
So that you receive the replacement goods as soon as possible, we advise that you place another order online as soon as you are aware that you will have to return the original purchase. This will minimise delay rather than having to wait for the goods to reach us and then be processed. Should you choose to use this method you should request a full refund of your original order when you send it back. In the case that you do not wish to place another order and would like a full refund, let us know and we will do this as soon as we receive your order back.
We begin to process returns as soon as they are received by our returns department. Occasionally items will have to be sent to the supplier for inspection, we do everything we can to make this process as quick as possible.

You should retain any proof of posting, receipt and tracking number for the item returned as we are unable to accept responsibility until a member of our staff has signed for receipt of the item.
Returning Goods to Golf Nation Store
If you would prefer, you may also take the items you wish to return to our store where one of our members of staff will be happy to help. Please ensure that you bring your confirmation email, that you received after you placed your order, as your proof of purchase.
Please note that orders paid for with PayPal can be returned in store for a Gift Card to the value of the item(s) or exchanged for other item(s) available in store. If you would like to return the items that were paid for with PayPal for a full refund, you will need to return them using another method. Unfortunately, we cannot refund to your PayPal account if you return items to a store.
Returning Goods Via Courier
We offer a choice of ways to return items under our Free Returns promise, once you have decided which option you would like to use please contact us at email@example.com with your preferred method and items being returned, the options for return are listed below:
- Collection from your home by DHL – We use DHL as a courier, we also offer a pick-up option with them for returns. To do this please contact firstname.lastname@example.org to state which items are being returned and receive your free returns docket. After this a collection will be set up on a day that suits you to return the items to us. * Please note we cannot arrange the time it will be collected (e.g. 11.00-12.00) only the day that it will be collected.
- Drop off at Hermes Parcel Shop- If you’re not going to be in during the day, don’t have a safe place to leave your parcel for collection or want to return your parcel at a time that suits you, then a parcel shop is the perfect solution. To do this please contact email@example.com to state which items are being returned and receive your free returns docket. Then all you need to do is hand your parcel over at the counter. Your goods will have arrived in an outer box please use this to return the parcel and not the inner box. We can only issue a full refund if the product (and packaging) is 100% suitable for resale!
Returning goods that came with a free gift
Any free goods that came with the item you wish to return for a refund should be returned if unused and in its original packaging. If you have used the free gift, then it should be kept, and the value will be taken off the balance that will be given back to you. Free gifts cannot be returned on their own for their original value or exchanged for a gift voucher.
Returning Faulty Goods
All goods come with a 12-month guarantee backed by the manufacturer, with the exception of Pre-owned, ex-demo or ex-display goods. Pre-owned, ex-demo or ex-display goods that become faulty during use are unable to be returned outside the standard 30-day return policy. Pre-owned, ex-demo or ex-display goods are not sold as new goods and are purchased on a “bought as seen” basis. If an item is delivered faulty or becomes faulty through normal use, then the following action needs to be taken:
Purchases under 30 days old
For items that become faulty within the first 30 days of normal use, Golf Nation will cover the expense of returns for the faulty item. Please contact customer services (firstname.lastname@example.org) who will be able to take you through the process of the Returns portal or suggest a suitable alternative method of return.
For FAULTY ITEMS over 30 days old but less than 12 months old
Please send the item to the address below via your preferred return method, along with a covering letter stating what the fault is, your order number and your daytime contact number. We will then contact the relevant manufacturer who will inspect the item and then, at their discretion, repair, replace or offer a like for like replacement, issue a voucher or they may, in certain cases, return the faulty item if they feel there is no manufacturing fault at blame.
In some cases where the manufacturer feels there is no manufacturing fault, they may offer to repair the faulty item at your cost. If you accept the offer you will be required to pay for the repair before we instruct the manufacturer to proceed.
Shop Online Collect in Store
To minimise time in store due to COVID-19 we are now offering a click and collect shopping option. This means you can pre-pay for your items directly and collect in-store at a time that’s convenient for you (making waiting for a parcel all day a thing of the past!).
When collecting please bring your order confirmation (paper or digital is accepted). Please allow at least 1 hour from when your order is placed before collecting to allow us to prepare this. All purchases subject to our standard in-store terms and conditions (these may differ from online terms and conditions).
